A year-round favorite


1 1/2 lbs. Ontario red potatoes
8 thick slices double smoked Ontario bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh Ontario chives (chopped)
1/4 cup Springridge Farm Dill Seasoning


Scrub potatoes, slice in half and place in a large pot of salted water.
Bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat to simmer until potatoes are barely tender.
Drain and cool
Cook bacon and dice.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chives and dill seasoning.
Add potatoes and bacon and toss to coat.
Let sit at least 4 hours before serving
