Grandma Hughes’ farmhouse baking was legendary. Her recipes, some more than 75 years old, are the backbone of our bakery here at Springridge Farm.
After all these years, we still insist on making our famous pies and tarts by hand, using only honest ingredients. That means fruit in season, and flours from nearby. It means taking care and taking time. It means working with great people. And it means that every treat we serve is made the Springridge way.
Each and every day, our goal is the same: baking delicious treats, and serving them fresh. We love to eat and we think that makes our baking better.
