For over 50 years we have been making our famous pies and tarts just like Grandma Hughes taught us many years ago. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients to create our signature baked goods in addition to seasonal favourites. Springridge Farm is also home to Ontario’s best butter tarts!

Our bakers will be busy making cookies, fruit pies and tarts for the holiday season. Please call ahead to place a baking order for Christmas.

Year Round Favourites

Pies: Wild Blueberry, Cherry, Peach/Raspberry, Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb

Tarts: Wild Blueberry, Cherry, Peach/Raspberry, Salted Honey, Butter Tart, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pecan

Fruit Muffins, Cookies, Apple Fritters, Sausage Rolls, Scones and Chocolate Croissants

Seasonal Favourites

Strawberry Season means our farm fresh Springridge berries will be front and centre in the bakery with strawberry muffins, strawberry streusel pies & tarts and our signature strawberry custard pies & tarts starting in June.

As we move into harvest season and Thanksgiving celebrations it’s time for pumpkin pies, tarts and muffins!

Christmas on the farm brings us mincemeat tarts as well as, our festive gingerbread cookies.
