Pumpkin Pie
½ cup sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon ½ ginger ½ ground cloves 1 cup milk 2 beaten eggs 1 cup cooked pumpkin
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in milk, eggs and pumpkin – until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, reduce to 350 F for 40 minutes or until center is cooked.
