 |  | During the winter months of January, February, and March when the farm is closed to the public, we are busy making our jams, marmalades, relishes, and sauces for the upcoming season. Most of the products that we offer at Springridge are made right here in our big kitchen. A lot of our recipes come from Grandma Hughes who taught us how to make jams. Over the years, we’ve added all sorts of new products. Currently, we make 17 flavours of jam! Here is Karen stirring a batch of Garden Fresh Chili Sauce:
For 2007, we’ve added over 40 new gourmet food products! We are excited for you to see our line-up for summer entertaining and BBQ season. With everything from sauces to marinades, rubs, relishes, chutneys, and tapenades, Springridge has everything you’ll need to impress your family and friends this summer season! We’ve got over 11 different salad dressings, and 12 flavours of pickles.
