At Springridge we recommended Certo pectin for making jam.  The recipes are easy to follow and inside the box.  Here are some helpful conversions.

Strawberry Conversions:

6 Quart Basket = Approx 8 Pounds
1 Quart Box = Approx 1.3 Pounds
1 Quart Box = Approx 4 Cups of Strawberries
1 3/4 Quarts = Approx 4 Cups of Prepared Strawberries
1 Pound = Approx 2 Cups of Prepared (crushed) Strawberries
