 Springridge Farm is one of Ontario’s favourite destinations for local and delicious fine foods.
Grandma Hughes was a master jam and preserve-maker who taught us how to make the jams and relishes that have made us famous. For over 30 years, we have been turning the harvest into preserves, relishes, chutneys, sauces, and pickles.
In the winter months, when the farm is closed, you will find us making preserves in the “big kitchen” in the barn. Always from scratch, always small batches, made and poured by hand. We think food tastes better that way.
We love to try new and delicious flavours, and we know you feel the same. In recent years, we have become known for our salad dressings (more than 30 different flavours!) and pepper jellies. Fresh honey and maple syrup are important traditions for Springridge. Our BBQ section is always popular. We know you love to entertain and we love to help. Marinades, sauces, relishes, tapenades, salsas. Springridge helps you prepare, serve, give and enjoy the best of Ontario’s harvest.
